Sun - Easter Dinner: Sirloin steak, potatoes, rice, veggies, rolls (we don't eat a lot of ham around here, so we don't have a traditional Easter dinner)
Mon - Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken, rolls, green beans
Tue - Leftovers!
Wed - Tamale Pie, chips with beans and salsa, salad
Thu - Leftovers!
Fri - Spring Fling Fundraiser at our elementary school, so we'll buy some food there
Sat - BBQ Quesadillas
Now, I don't always stick to the exact order of my menu, if some days are crazy then I'll make an easier dinner that night, or if I get fresh meat on sale, I'll cook it up and change our dinner that night to accomodate that. But I do buy ingredients for these meals so at least I know what meals I have ingredients to make each week.
